How do I prepare my home for staging?

What's the difference between full and partial staging?

Full staging is designed for vacant homes and includes furniture for the entire property. Partial staging enhances selected rooms by combining our furniture and décor with your existing pieces.

How long does the staging stay in my home?

Our standard hire period is six weeks, but we can work with your requirement based on how long your marketing campaign is. We can also further extend beyond agreed time If you need the staging for longer.

Do you install artwork and accessories?

Yes. Artwork, rugs, cushions, lighting, and decorative accessories are all part of creating a polished and inviting space.

What happens after my home sells?

Once your marketing campaign has ended, we'll arrange a convenient time to remove all staging furniture and décor.

Can I purchase the furniture or decor?

Yes. If you love a piece from your staged home, many of our furniture and home décor items are available to purchase through Aroha Decor.

How long does staging installation on a property take?

Depending on the size, a small home (1-2 bedroom) could take around 2-3 hours, and a 4 bedroom could take +/- 5 hours approximately.

Do you only work with homeowners?

Not at all. We work with homeowners, property developers, investors, and real estate agencies across Auckland.

Can I request changes to the staging after it's installed?

Our stylists carefully select every piece to suit your home and appeal to the widest range of buyers. Home staging isn't about personal taste. It's designed to help buyers connect with the property.

Unless there has been an obvious oversight on our part, the staging will remain as installed. If a revisit or restaging is requested, additional charges may apply to cover the extra time and labour involved.
