We can deliver to any New Zealand physical address.

Freight details:
We aim to provide the best shipping options based on the size and weight of your order. For smaller, lightweight items, we use trusted carriers like NZ Post or Post Haste. For larger or bulkier pieces, we arrange delivery through third-party freight services who handle door-to-door drop-off only (assembly or placement is not included). Freight charges vary depending on item size and destination—once your order is confirmed, we’ll be in touch with the exact delivery cost before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes:
2 – 3 working days for Auckland deliveries.
3 – 4 working days for North Island deliveries.
5 – 6 working days for South Island deliveries.

Rural Deliveries:
2-3 extra days for rural deliveries. Please mention your RD number when placing your order.

Holiday Periods:
- Around public holiday periods – please allow a few extra working days.
- During the Christmas period – please expect courier delivery to take a little longer than usual.
